25 Feb 2013 Aajeevika Rally by AROH Beneficiaries : On the 25th of February 2013, a rally was organised by AROH Foundation on the occasion of Aajeevika Mahotsav held at Lalitpur (Uttar Pradesh). 155 trained beneficiaries of AROH Foundation took part in the rally. The rally was flagged off at AROH - Aajeevika Special Projects Training Centre at Govindnagar. The 2 km march to Tuban Maidan helped to publicize the said placements linked skill development programme of Govt. of India at a mass scale. Aajeevika, the prestigious livelihoods scheme of MoRD is being implemented by AROH with support from GAIL India in 8 districts of Bundelkhand Region and has so far trained more than 2000 rural poor and placed more than 1600 in jobs. 25 Feb 2013 Aajeevika Mahotsav at Lalitpur : On the 25th of February 2013, Aajeevika Mahotsav was organised at Tuban Maidan, Lalitpur. 10 Nov 2012 Certificate Distribution event – Jhansi : On the 10th of November 2012, a mega event was organised by the Jhansi District Administration. The event was organised to award certificates and offer letters to the beneficiaries of the Aajeevika Special Projects being implemented by various Project Implementing Agencies. Till date, AROH Foundation has trained 250 candidates in Jhansi and has a target of 1000 over a period of 3 years under the Aajeevika Special Projects. Seventy five successful beneficiaries of AROH who are locally placed at Jhansi, at Delhi NCR and those who are just about to join their respective workplaces participated in the said event.
